Coded Silicon Ideas (Product Proposals)

The aim of this section of Coded Silicon is to post information about future projects. Each product proposal is started with a brief description of requirements. These requirements are sometimes sourced from user requests, however requirements are also invented to push the technology envelope. Of course the software industry is saturated with competitors and any invented requirements may already be met by existing products vendors.

Please observe our "fear naught" attitude in this regard. Where a proposal is met with existing competitors, we consider entering the market with our alternative. Of course some considerations are put on hold and often the main reason would be because our competitors offer more bang for the buck. Where a proposal does not seem to have existing solutions in the market, we post a proposal anyway. Customer feedback about demand for proposed solutions, will guide us to decide which proposals require more effort and effect a speedier delivery. Our policy at Coded Silicon is to keep customers well informed, e.g. we have purposefully allowed competitive adverts to appear next to all pages on this site.

The status of each product will be reported as one of the following:

  • Considering development
  • Under construction
  • Solution available
