Your browser user agent does not contain evidence of the .NET Framework 2.0 however this is not necessarily a good indicator.
This step may be skipped if you are confident your PC already has .NET Framework
2.0 installed.
To verify the framework, you can simply run the following executable
ConfirmDotnet2.exe
You should see the message "You have Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 installed".
If you don't see the above message, someone needs to gain administrative access
to your PC and install the framework from the
Microsoft site.
If you are able to proceed through the installation process without any problems,
the application will launch automatically and you are done.
Firstly ensure you have the correct framework installed (Step 1 above). If you get
the "(407) Proxy Authentication Required" error please click
here.
Another likely cause for problems would be that ClickOnce does not support your
browser. If you were not using Internet Explorer version 5.01 or later, but you have it readily available, you may want to retry
this process using IE. If you object to using IE or you are still having problems,
please let us know using our
feedback form
or send an email to
support@codedsilicon.com
and we will send an installation package with instructions.
